Description
Un-insulated transit Cabinet. Requires Sterno to heat the cabinet and keep food warm. Sterno is not included in price. 6 to 8 sternos heat up cabinet nicely. Will reach 200 degrees in 1 hour with 3 sternos on bottom and 3 sternos on middle rack.

- Aluminum cabinet holds up to 40 (18" x 26") transit trays with 1 1/2" spacing
- Gravity door lock
- Equipped with vent holes & casters
