How many people will see my job posting?
Your job will be visible to all Bright.com users, which includes 5+ million active job seekers. If you would like Bright to expose your jobs to more traffic, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you give me candidate contact information?
Yes, a candidate's name, email address and phone number (if provided) are listed in each resume.
Can I download resumes?
Yes, you may download original resumes.
How do I post a job?
Due to partnerships with leading job boards, your jobs may already be on our site. If not, find the "Post Job" button in your Bright Hiring Solutions account, on the top navigation bar. Then, just follow the prompts.
How much does Bright Hiring Solutions cost?
Bright Hiring Solutions has several plans, based upon the number of jobs you'd like to post.
I don't see my candidates, where do I find them?
Make sure you're in Bright Hiring Solutions (not on the job seeker side), and click on the job for which you'd like to see candidates.
How long do my job posts stay active?
Job posts remain open for 30 days from the date they were posted.
How do job slots work?
You can post one active job per job slot but you can swap it out with a different job post anytime you want. You must deactivate one job post when you active another one in the same job slot.
How do I cancel my account?
From Bright Hiring Solutions, go into your settings, click on the "My Account" tab and click "Deactivate your account".
