What's the difference between my personal Bright account and a Bright Recruiter account?
A personal Bright account is for job seekers. If you upload a resume, you will see jobs for which you are a match.
Bright Recruiter is an automated candidate sourcing solution for recruitment professionals. It instantly matches our 4 million active candidates to your job descriptions, and shows you a numerical assessment of how well those candidates are suited for further consideration.
Do you give me candidate contact information?
Yes, a candidate's name, email address and phone number (if provided) are listed in each resume.
Can I download resumes?
Yes, you may download original resumes.
How do I post a job?
Due to partnerships with leading job boards, your jobs may already be on our site. If not, find the "Post Job" button in your Bright Recruiter account, on the top navigation bar. Then, just follow the prompts.
How much does Bright Recruiter cost?
Bright Recruiter has several plans, based upon the number of jobs you'd like to post.
I don't see my candidates, where do I find them?
Make sure you're in Bright Recruiter (not on the job seeker side), and click on the job for which you'd like to see candidates.
What is your candidate response rate?
Bright has a 50% candidate response rate, because our candidates are actively searching for a new job and open to hearing about relevant positions.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial of Bright Recruiter Basic, so you can see how it works.
How do I cancel my account?
From Bright Recruiter, go into your settings, click on the "My Account" tab and click "Deactivate your account".
