When we created Bright Hiring Solutions, we set out to make it simple and efficient for you to post to, source from, and screen Bright’s millions of visitors. Today, we make it even easier by introducing several improvements to our platform.
Bulk actions on applicants and prospects
With bulk actions, you can select multiple prospects or applicants to message or mark as interested or declined, greatly reducing the time it takes to get through your lists of candidates. Check the boxes next to the prospects or applicants that you’d like to triage or message, and then click the desired action in the bar that sits atop the list of candidates.
Know who you’ve messaged
If you decide to send a bulk message, Bright automatically detects the applicants or prospects you or anyone in your company has messaged before. You can choose to message those people again, or message only the ones that haven’t been contacted yet. It’s also easier than ever to see which of your candidates you’ve previously messaged.
We’ve added the ability to sort out new candidates versus candidates you’ve viewed before. You’ll still be able to filter out candidates based on whether you were interested in them or declined them, but you can now also filter based on whether they’re new or if you’ve viewed them previously.
