Our Guest Service Agents are a key part of our Front Office team and they are responsible for providing a warm welcome to each guest and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. The Guest Service Agent completes guest registrations, establishes guest payment options and updates folio transactions in the Choice Advantage System; all while providing prompt, courteous and memorable guest service.
Guest Service Agents ensure all transactions meet Choice Hotels high standards of quality and friendly personal service. Prior front office hotel experience preferred
Must be able to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
Able to be stand for duration of shift
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to exceed guest expectations
Computer experience required
