Occupational Therapists - Per Diem - Staten Island Area
Occupational Therapist will provide home based services in skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the authorized practitioner's plan of care. Therapist will assist the physician in the evaluation and assessment of the patient's level of functioning by applying diagnostic and prognostic procedures and tests and assists in the development and revision of the plan of care. He/She will instruct and advise patient, family and other health team personnel in the exercise program designed to increase the patient's strength and control and other phases of Occupational Therapy in which they may assist the patient such as the use of durable medical equipment.

Requirements
Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association or successfully completed the educational requirements of occupational therapy.
Licensed in the state as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of one year of pediatric occupational therapy experience and/or pediatric affiliation.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver license.
Must have Early Intervention experience.
