Growingunderground mining company is looking to add a General Manager/Operations Manager to their Mexico facility. Company will pay for full relocation to Mexico (near Durango). Will handle all aspects of the mining plant including managing 450 employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of operations experience. MUST come from the mining/underground mining industry. Bachelors degree, engineering highly preferred. Strong progressive work history. Should be bilingual (Spanish). Strong safety experience needed.

Should have a proven track record of hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining staff as well as strong lean manufacturing experience. Should be a hands on leader.
