Responsibilities include: responding to cardholders in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner, providing appropriate follow-up to ensure cardholder satisfaction, and perform appropriate account maintenance. Previous customer service and/or credit card industry experience is preferred. Basic computer skills are helpful.
