Our client a Non Profit Organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of top executives. The ideal candidate should be disciplined and result-oriented with a strong work ethic and have excellent organizational, project management and time management skills. This is a highly visible and rewarding role that needs a dynamic and energetic individual who will take ownership of this position to anticipate all executive needs. Core functions of this role include answering phones, calendar and scheduling, managing expense reports, coordinating travel, filing, meeting planning, attendance at work functions and client meetings.
