Job Details

  • Highscool diploma orequivalent required

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Current CNA in Oregon and WA state.
    • Current drivers license and an operational vehicle.

  • Home care or nursing facility experience a plus. (12-28)
    • The Home Health Aide is a C.N.A. whose services are provided by a home health agency under the supervision of a registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist who is employed by or under contract to the agency. Such care includes ambulation and exercise, assistance with self administered medications, reporting changes in patients' condition and needs, completing appropriate records, and personal care or homemaker services.
