The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is currently recruiting to fill multiple Resident Care Technician 1 positions atCentral Wisconsin Center (CWC).Working hours include a combination of shifts of AM, PM and Night shifts. Job Duties: Resident Care Technicians at CWC provide care to individuals with intellectual disabilities; provide personal hygiene care to residents including bathing, grooming, and toileting; help new residents adjust to their living area; observe and report behavioral, mental, and physical changes in residents; record and summarize information in daily logs, clinical records, etc.; assist seated or lying residents to a standing position by pulling and lifting; and work cooperatively with others to promote a positive living environment.
