Responsible for ensuring enterprise eProcurement processes are supported by working with Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payables, Suppliers, internal end users, and by maximizing use of offshore operations. Assists the Strategic Sourcing organization with small spot buys, renewals, amendments, Statements Of Works and change orders. Ensures Contracts are Ariba ready (contract close out packet, loaded into Ariba, and contract compliance goals are achieved). As an expert in our procure-to-pay strategy, has responsibility for executing the contract compliance & procure-to-pay processes; however, is expected to maximize offshore support. May interface with Strategic Sourcing to handle small spot buys, transactional sourcing, contract renewals, amendments, SOWs, and change orders ensuring prompt cycle times and process velocity goals are met.

Supports Strategic Sourcing and our business partners in preparing Contracts for Ariba ensuring the optimal procure-to-pay solution is leveraged. Analyze complex contracts to identify and pull key information as needed for contract compliance. Communicate frequently with Sourcing and business partners to determine and validate key business and contractual terms. Advise Strategic Sourcing & business partners on how to structure contracts to optimize our eProcurement objectives. Loads projects & create Contract Workspaces in SunMart (CWs). Prepare contract packets. Assigns work to offshore team for data entry and/or uploading of terms into Ariba and provides guidance and support to offshore procurement team. Serves to as the Quality Assurance/ Audit function. Responsible for transactional support, data entry, and end user support. Support the invoice exception process.
