Hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm; Saturdays & Sundays

Job Details

  • Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred or Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital. Strong clinical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse, or New York State Licensure to practice Social Work in the State of New York. Certification in Case Management and PRI certification preferred.
