Business Analyst/Test Analyst

Seeking IT professional candidate for a combination quality assurance and business analyst who can elicit, understand and document business requirements and to create and execute test cases to verify requirements of the system have been successfully met. This professional will be working on initiatives that assist in the implementation and management of a custom software system. You will work with other members of the development team to ensure accurate and timely communication around and the delivery of assigned tasks in order to ensure that end-products will perform as expected upon release to production.

Key Experience Should Include

  • Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well with Service Owners, Developers, and other team members from different aspects of the work environment and translate requirements or changes into testing scenarios and scripts
  • Understand the requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification process and how to evaluate requirements for testability
  • Strong knowledge of test script creation and execution. Ability to update test cases according to defined process and style guides
  • Ensure quality, compliance and adherence to a testing methodology
  • Experience with Agile methodology a plus Clinical/Pharma industry experience advantageous

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Three years of Quality Assurance experience
  • Three years of Business Analyst experience
  • Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude
  • Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
  • Experience with defect tracking and prioritization tool
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent MS Word skills
