Job Description

Monitor all active tape drives - 85%
Moderate to difficult problem determination - 5%
Provide assistance to customers - 5%
Understand and utilize tape library tools to enable tape operator functions as well as basic library functions - 10%
Understand and utilize most communication tools (e-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, turnover tools, fax, etc.) - 20%
