needs of businesses and job seekers throughout the Greater Pittsburgh

and Denver Metropolitan areas. We are currently staffing a temporary

to hire position for our client, a leading professional services

provider to the mortgage industry. We seek an experiencedMortgage Loan Processorwho

will be responsible for a variety of tasks on Mortgage Loan Files,

taking the primary responsibility for the file from set up until the

file moves to closing.

  • Review loan files to insure compliance with guidelines
  • Perform accurate and complete input into Point of Sale or

Loan Originating System

  • Coordinate with closing personnel to ensure an accurate and

timely closing
  • Manage email communication with borrowers and loan officers

to request documentation

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent minimum

  • Minimum of 1.5 years mortgage processing experience or
related field

  • Excellent customer service, organization and written/verbal
skills

  • Ability to work independently while handling workload
managing multiple priorities

  • Ability to handle frequent changes to processes

  • Strong math skills
    • Proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel
