Position Summary

Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with
experience in civil litigation, tax sale, real-estate and
foreclosure. Responsibilities will include trial preparation,
document production, client interaction, case management, deposition
coordination, research, trial prep, assisting with preparation of
pleadings, discovery, motions etc. Perform litigation calendaring and
other duties as assigned. Excellent opportunity, competitive salary

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree from a four year
    institution preferred
  • Paralegal certificate from an
    ABA approved institution preferred
  • 3+ years litigation defense
    experience
  • Knowledge of local State and
    Federal court rules and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
  • Knowledge of litigation database
    management software a plus
  • Strong MS Office & typing
    skills
  • Professional attitude and
    demeanor
