Job Description
This position is responsible for the marketing and sales of API and FDF in the U.S. and Canada, overseeing the sales team, and the financial and accounting management of the subsiiary to achieve established business goals. This is a challenging opportunity to work with an successful international company and drive the API business development. This position will be responsible for managing sales directly and with sales staff, including managing key accounts and leading business development by identifying new clients, products and opportunities.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required, preferrably in a scientific discipline or in business. Master's degree preferred, preferrably in business.
Ten plus years experience in sales/marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working with an international company.
Prior experience managing a sales team highly preferred.
Must have proven experience driving a sales program and identifying new business opportunities.
Must have excellent negotiation skills and client relationship management experience.
