Our requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent. Typing at least 45 WPM and excellent telephone and customer service skills required. Some college level science courses and a minimum of six months in a medical setting preferred. Should be able to perform effectively under a high degree of pressure and stress due to workload and customer interaction. Must demonstrate good organizational skills and be detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good computer skills.
