Job Description

Perform all repairs and maintenance on painting, dry wall repair and wallpapering required throughout the resort. Schedule and prioritize all painting and wallpaper requests for the resort.

Maintain the resorts OSHA/Safety Programs within the paint shop, and work area through: following safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage of paints and chemicals, utilizing personal protective equipment when necessary and reporting any potential hazards. Maintain and control inventory through established pars for all necessary tools and equipment.

Supportive to hotel-wide training programs including but not limited to: OSHA, Safety, Education and Employee Enhancement programs to assure the continual upgrading of department personnel. Perform exceptional communication skills throughout all functions of the job, i.e.; guests, department mangers and fellow employees.
