The market is back. We need hungry recruiters.

  • Patrick & Associates, Inc. has experienced a resurgence in demand for its services placing Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Technical personnel at top-notch Technology firms. We are augmenting our recruiting team and are seeking
    only the hungriest and most disciplined recruiters available. Position will be located at our new Main Street, New Paltz, NY location.

    The Recruiter will be responsible for generating billing at assigned accounts through the recruitment and closing of quality candidates.

    • Requirements

    BA Degree strongly preferred.

    2-7 years in a customer-facing role such as Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Retail, Hospitality strongly preferred.
    Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and email packages essential. A direct, focused manner . Disciplined, consistent and
    professional in techniques and habits.

    Openness and responsiveness to positive,
    constructive criticism and coaching essential.

    Achievement-oriented and Money- motivated.

    Willingness to learn and an honest, ethical approach to work essential.
