• Fremont Area Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a Perioperative RN Educator & Materials Specialist. This position will be responsible for planning and implementing staff orientation, in-service education, and staff development for Perioperative Services; maintain active communication around medical staff, interdepartmental and Perioperative Services staff, and ensure competency of all staff; provide support in review and development of departmental policies and procedures; develop and maintain perioperative quality improvement program as well as being responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling perioperative material resources.

This Position Requires The Following Qualifications

• Current RN licensure by the State of Nebraska (Bachelors Preferred)
• BLS Specialty Certification within one year (ACLS Preferred)
• 3-5 yrs experience in the Perioperative/Central Sterile Processing Arena
• Organizational, delegation and communication skills.
