We are looking for someone with 1 - 2 years previous teller experience for this position.
This is akey positionthat supports overall branch development. Through branch rotation and alternating shifts this position provides a unique employment experience that will allow the employee to broaden his/her skills.
Our Tellers will work directly with our customers to accurately and efficiently process everyday transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and more.
Emprise Tellers are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and recommending products to provide a better banking experience for our customers.
Hours Of Availability Needed
7:15 am – 6:30 pm Monday – Friday
7:45 am – 12:30 pm every other Saturday
This position will be scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: engage customers according to Emprise Benchmark Service Standards; deliver service that improves customer commitment; respond to customer requests and escalate issues as needed.
Transaction: process customer transactions and handle money accurately; balance cash drawer daily; mitigate customer and bank risk by using available resources and taking appropriate action.
Product Promotion: demonstrate knowledge of the Banks products and services; seek sales opportunities through customer relationships and conversations; recommend bank products to customers.
Compliance: follow internal processes and procedures; comply with banking regulations; participate in compliance training; adhere to bank security procedures.
Other duties assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job.
