Dominium is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper to work at two apartment communities in Gainesville, FL.

Responsibilities Include

• Keeping the premises of the office, building, and grounds in clean and orderly condition
• Will assist with cleaning and painting vacant apartments
• Light landscaping

Qualifications

• Previous grounds keeping experience preferred
• Ability to evenings and weekends
• Ability to live on site preferred
• Customer service oriented
Wage: $10.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
