Dominium is currently seeking a Part-time Maintenance Supervisor for a 52 unit apartment community in Green Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities Include

• The general appearance and maintenance of the community
• Supervision of the maintenance staff
• Ensuring the property’s efficient operation on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications

• At least two years of multi-family property maintenance supervision experience required
• Knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred
• The ability to work evenings, weekends and on-call as needed is required
• Supervisory experience required
• Provide your own basic tools
• Bilingual preferred
