    Basic
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design and
  • Five or more years of experience in online learning, instructional design, web-based technology, and course design, with a special emphasis on interactive/simulation-based online course development, to meet existing and emergent training
  • Instructional design experience, which must include the full life cycle of the instructional systems design (ISD) process and knowledge of the principles of adult
  • Demonstrated experience developing interactive online and multimedia training and performance support
  • Experience using Dreamweaver, HTML, and
  • Experience with LMS functionality (course publishing,
  • Experience in research and evaluation in instructional technologies and distance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

    Masters in Organizational Learning and Development or similar
