Description
BS or technical degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Three (3) to five (5) years? experience in the Gas Turbine Engine industry. The successful candidate will provide three-dimensional modeling using solid CAD and two-dimensional drawing definition of gas turbine engines, components, and test equipment. Working knowledge in Unigraphics version NX7.5 or higher. Detailed drawing experience including use of ANSI Y 14.5 standards for tolerancing, drawing definition and dimensioning. Use of solids modeling with CAD. Working knowledge in design of rotating equipment, bearings, seals, shafts, rotors and associated features. Working knowledge of castings, forgings and fabrications.
