We are currently seeking aProduct Manager – Electronic Channelsto support product delivery initiatives at COCC. The Product Manager will prepare business justification for new technology and execute projects related to online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, debit/ATM card processing, and mobile payments.

  • Execute due diligence and manage new product
  • Develop product release strategies including the coordination or execution of beta testing, training, documentation, and product
  • Manage and execute new product and new feature
  • Provide assistance related to client support requests and issue
  • Prepare and execute presentations and product
  • Evaluate competitors' and industry changes to help propose and influence short term and long term product planning strategies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work
  • Minimum of 5 years financial services industry experience in an advanced consultative, supervisory, or project management
  • Minimum of 3 years in a role focused on the support, processing, or product management of electronic banking
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp complex issues and determine appropriate
  • Strong analytical skills and time management skills
  • Up to 25% travel may be required for vendor site visits, industry events, COCC events, or reference site visits

    This position is currently recruited out of Avon, CT, however this department will be relocated in 8 months to Southington, CT.
