Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on complex electrical and mechanical equipment including gamma-ray imaging systems at customer locations in the greater Pennsylvania area.

Field Service Engineers will be responsible for covering the Pennsylvania territory including customer sites at airports.

Ideal candidate will have strong electronics experience and intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer systems.

Customer locations require immediate response time and driving long distances to sites. Schedule must be flexible.

Required Skills

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to read, interpret, and redline technical drawings, blueprints and schematics
  • Extensive experience working with basic hand tools, portable power tools, test equipment and specialty tools required for troubleshooting advance electronic equipment problems to component level
  • Customer interface
  • Ability to manage resources, maintain schedules and coordinate all repair activities
  • Must hold a current Valid state Driver's License
  • Experience with PLC applications, hydraulic systems
  • Strong computer networking skills

    • Education/Experience

    High School Diploma or equivalent plus advanced level training from college, trade school or military school and 5+ years of experience.

    No relocation provided.

    Field Service Engineers are reimbursed for mileage.

    Local candidates preferred.

    If hired, candidates must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screen. Candidates must also be able to pass a TSA background check.

    Current Secret Clearance a plus!
