Job Summary

Leading, well-capitalized, national single-family buy and hold firm seeking a real estate transaction coordinator for its South Florida, FL office. We specialize in acquiring single-family assets in opportunistic situations.
You will be handling the acquisition of properties from contract to closing, ordering wires, communicating with brokers, Resolving closing issues, daily reporting on files. we will be closing 200-250 files per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong Computer Skills-proficient in EXCEL and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional Organization Skills
  • Quick study on policies and procedures and executing reports to Corporate office.
  • Organizing and controlling all regional records and support to Regional Director
  • Key area of Importance: to be able to take charge and organize a corporate set up with new offices /computers/phones etc.

  • Compensation

    $32,000 to $35,000 plus bonus, benefits, 401k

  • You Must Have At Least 2 Years Experience In One Of The Following

    You must have at least 2 years experience in one of the following

    Real Estate Agent: Closed minimum 10-12 contracts.
    Title Company: Processor or closer involved with coordinating closings.
    Law firm: Hanlding Billing, real estate files, wire transfers
    Mortgage/ RE: Closing Coordinator or assistant to agent experience, processor

    You must be detail oriented and have basic knowledge of the real estate process, working with agents, cities, title companies etc.

    This is not an entry level position, so please do not apply unless you at least 2 years experience in the real estate related field.

    Immediate start available, or two weeks notice wil suffice. We have additional positions available for immedaite start: bookkeepers, compliance, post closers.

    This is not a virtual or work from home position. It is an in-office mon thru Fri team environment. You must be available for critical hours 3-6pm in office. Some weekends catch up from home may apply if we have many properties at once. Background check, drug screening, will be administered.
