Responsibilities Of The Production Team Lead Include

• Supervision of one or more production lines, including the employees working on the lines.
• Train production personnel, and continually be able to coach.
• Lead cross-functional teams.
• Regulate staffing levels to optimize labor efficiency.
• Reset errors on production lines.
• Update all production related documents.
• Leadchangeovers to meet changeover targets.
• Troubleshoot minor issues using Z-point, LTA, and QS-Stat.
• Assist withcontinuous improvement projects such as; scrap reduction anddowntime reduction.
• Conduct, train, evaluate minor preventative maintenance
• Support maintenance technicians on emergency machine repairs.
• Ensureall company polices are followed at all times.

Candidates interested in the Production Team Lead positionmustmeet the following criteria

• Familiar with 5S/TPM
• Familiar with Kaizen
• Familiar with Six Sigma or other problem solving methods
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingto work all shifts
• At least3 years experience as a Team Leader / Supervisorina manufacturing facility
• Mechanically inclined with a strong technical background
• High School Diploma
