Jefferson Industries Corporation is a Honda Tier 1 stamping supplier of structural steel body parts. JIC is located on a 60 acre campus 15 miles west of Columbus, in West Jefferson, Ohio.

We have an opening for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor.

Responsible for supervising team members performing robotic welding, and improving the productivity of the organizations associates. We are looking for enthusiastic attitudes, and team players to join our success.

And Experience In The Following

Qualified candidate should have knowledge, and experience in the following

• At least 5 years experience in supervising at least 15 team members.
  
• Experience in basic computer skills is desirable
  
• Must exhibit leadership, and human relations interpersonal skills
  
• Must have good problem-solving skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  
• Good communication skills
  
• This is a 2nd shift position, and able to work flexible work hours, including some Saturdays
