  • SUMMARY:Evaluates and treats patients of all ages, modifying plan of care as appropriate. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.

This position is for the Champaign-Urbana and/or Mahomet Therapy Services locations.

Education

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:License or eligible for license in state ofIllinois.
