Job Summary -
The Project and Facility Management, Americas team at Iron Mountain is a key part of the Global Real Estate (GRE") organization and is responsible for both the strategy and execution associated with facility management and project management in North America (NA) and Latin America (IMLA) which represents approximately 85% of the total Iron Mountain portfolio and over 700 locations. The function is responsible for both the strategy and execution associated with facility management and project management in the Americas. The Sr. Project Manager of Project & Facility Management, Global Real Estate will report to the Vice President, Facilities and Project Management, the Americas (VP) and will take a leadership role in communicating to internal clients, in managing outsourced partners, for partnering with Global Procurement and our outsourced partners to drive cost effectiveness and quality in delivery of services and in the budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight of the services the function delivers in each of the four North American Operations (NAO") Areas: East, Central, West, and Canada.
The Sr. Project Manager of PM/FM, Global Real Estate is responsible for the delivery of all project management services and facility management services in identified and specific NAO Area. The incumbent will lead a team of external project managers as well as facility managers through an outsourced vendor partner model to execute in the various Territories for which he/she has responsibility. The incumbent will be directly responsible for the development of and adherence to annual capital and facility budgets. The budgets will be developed in cooperation with internal business clients in each theatre as well as finance and other supporting functions (such as Security and IT). In addition the Sr. Manager will be a key player in Global Real Estate's (GRE) effort to outsource and centralize facility and project management processes in the geographic area of responsibility.
