UTC Aerospace Systems is one of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products. We design, manufacture and service systems and components and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft, helicopters and other platforms. In 2012, UTC Aerospace Systems was formed by combining two industry leaders, Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich, creating an organization with key positions on a wide range of aircraft flying today and substantial content on various UAVs, satellites and ground and naval vehicles.

Shift: 5:00am-5:30pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Work 36 hours paid for 40 hours.

Ability to figure basic and complex dimensions in decimals (+,-,x,/) without assistance
Understand basic geometric principles (i.e., radius, diameter)
Input correct cutter comp, with bit diameter and tool lengths offsets
Initiate changes on job order routings and bills of material, by following correct procedures
Edit at controller for: feed rates, changing offset codes, changing sub routes, etc.

High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read and write in English. Ability to work unsupervised. The CNC operator position must be familiar with running a 3 axis machine, setting up a part with fixturing, machining aluminum sheet, extrusions, hog outs. Using inspection tools to verify their work. Be able to interpret a drawing. 1 year experience, preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year preferred.
