Spartan Staffing is currently seeking candidates for temporary-to-hire Construction Laborer positions with a company located in Urbandale, IA. This company is a locally owned construction business. Employees will be responsible performing carpentry duties to assist in the construction process.. These are first shift positions with variable shift and work hours due to the nature of the business. Starting pay rate is $10.00 to $12.00 per hour.

Job Duties

  • Carpentry work
  • Commercial and residential framing
  • General construction cleanup

    • Qualified Candidates Must

  • Have prior experience in the construction field
  • Have carpentry skills
  • Have a background in commercial and residential framing
  • Be a reliable and have a strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work a flexible work schedule
