We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Corporate Operations Specialist available in our Salem office. The Associate Corporate Operations Specialist (COS) Hybrid for Wolters Kluwer's CT has primary responsibility for providing superior service by analyzing customers' requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving or escalating issues, following requests through to completion, and communicating progress to customers and internal teams. The Associate COS Hybrid supports both Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions. This is an entry level position, with the expectation of supervision for the first 6+ months. The Associate COS Hybrid fulfills initial filings and document requests (e.g., retrieval requests, incorporations, formations) and is expected to process 10 pieces of Service of Process (SOP) per hour. Associate COS Hybrid activities include: learning the complex and comprehensive CT product line and jurisdictional rules and regulations; field incoming questions; reviewing and fulfilling incoming request; assisting process servers in the completion of service; contributing to customer satisfaction and organizational success; participating in process improvement initiatives; and representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory.

Minimum Education

High School degree required; Some college or a degree preferred
