    • Description

    We are looking for an experienced business analysis who has the skills to interpret business requirements, excellent research skills, documentation skills and superior communication skills. This person will assist Lead IT BA’s on projects.

    Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Liaison for the Project Sponsor and Information Technology
  • Point of contact regarding requirements/letter related items.
  • Ensures an appropriate level of detail, from all stakeholders, is included in the requirements
  • Gathers and documents business rules and, if appropriate creates use cases
  • Manages project-impacting issues related to requirements, such as those lacking sufficient definition, appear infeasible, jeopardize the schedule, etc.
  • Participates in Requirement and Design walkthrough and baseline meetings.
  • Analyzes Project Change Requests (PCRs), then updates requirements/traceability as needed
  • Assesses cross-project/release impacts and takes steps to resolve as appropriate.
  • Reviews business test accounts/data and instructions to ensure all requirements are cared for
  • Resolves project issues standing in the way of progress and escalates as appropriate.
