Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and coordination (Must be strong in Outlook!)
  • Will handle all travel logistics
  • Expense reports
  • Managing department office supplies
  • Department SSP requests
  • Department purchasing card reconciliation
  • All other general administrative requests by the department
  • The primary support will be for Senior Executive Team members so we need to ensure they have the skill-set to offer that kind of support.
  • Legal background would be a plus; however, Executive Administrative experience in support of highly confidential information would also work.
