The Sterling Group is a privately-held firm that develops, constructs, acquires and manages income producing properties, specializing in multi-family communities and self-storage facilities throughout the Midwest. We are currently seeking a Superintendent to join our construction division. The primary responsibility will be to supervise and administer all construction-related activity of Sterling Construction with emphasis on quality and production. Other Job duties include, but not limited to: Coordinate, schedule and sign off on interior and exterior subcontractor work. Identify any standards deficient issues and communicate/correct with subcontractors. Scheduling of any necessary corrections of any defective or unsatisfactory work previously performed by subcontractors to ensure satisfactory completion of such work.
