Job Description /

  • This position is responsible for working with Human Resource business clients to identify user interface and system requirements, develop the designs required to support business processes and to recommend technical solutions related to HR interface and system
  • The Sr. Business Systems Analyst HR will write functional specifications, provide development estimates, develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts, analyze and approve test results, document processes and system issues and work with the technical team to implement a
  • The position will ensure that a design being implemented supports operating objectives and business requirements and utilizes best practices.

  • Skills/Experience

  • 4 6 years experience analyzing HR business
  • 3 5 years experience with the design, testing, implementation and support of HR
  • Able to effectively use MS Office products (Visio, Word, PowerPoint) to develop and communicate business design
  • Strong technical skills using including building and maintaining of inbound and outbound interfaces to third party benefit
  • Experience in adhering to change management
  • Strong business and communication
  • Proven experience in problem analysis and
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting challenging
  • Must be able to work well within a team and with minimal
  • Must be able to lead a small team of
