Description
Bob Moore Auto Group is seeking an Estimator for our Downtown Collision Center. We are a family-owned company, proven by our nearly 50 years in Oklahoma. We represent 16 different franchises including Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Land Rover, Nissan, Porsche, Ford, Dodge, Subaru, Infiniti, Audi, Jeep, Kia, Chrysler, and Mazda. We have 15 locations in OKC Metro, Tulsa, Dallas/Fort Worth, and San Antonio.
This ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, previous experience as an estimator, will work in a fast paced environment, and be able to multi task.
DUTIES
This position is responsible for completing repair estimates for customers while ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely and accurately. Ability to correspond and coordinate with insurance companies by submitting proper paperwork, filing claims, etc. Responsible for following up on potential sales, monitoring the status of repairs, and maintaining communication with customers. Ensuring that RO's are created and maintained in management system. Enforce safety precautions specific to work area.
Qualifications
1-2 years minimum collision center office experience, ICAR training (11 units or equivalent) High School Education or equivalent; Knowledge of industry standard repair practices, knowledge of insurance claims procedures, Excellent verbal communication skills; Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of individuals; This position is responsible for completing repair estimates for customers while ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely and accurately.
