Mortgage Loan Post Closer Specialist
Review all executed funding packages for accuracy, complete boarding process, file loan files and final documents. Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations governing applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Reports to: Mortgage Operations Manager
Contacts: Credit Union members, other credit union departments, title companies
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
2 years minimum 1st mortgage closing experience in conventional, FHA and VA
Strong sense of personal accountability
Proven ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
Ability to interact with others in a positive manner, either in person or by phone
Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and update member records via
Detailed Oriented with ability to multi task
Ability to meet deadlines
Equipments: On-line computer terminal keyboard and visual monitor, calculator, copy
machine, fax machine, telephone, and computer printer.
Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of this position at any time.
Varied hours, including overtime, may be necessary to maintain service levels and meet members needs and departmental needs.
