Requirements

1. 2 years of SUCCESSFUL GSM or Import Sales Managerexperience (Sales of250 per month or more) REQUIRED
   
2. Toyotaexperience a REAL PLUS!!!
   
3. Reynolds & Reynoldsdealer management system experience PREFERRED
   
4. Liveswithin50 milesREQUIRED
   
5. Proven ability to manage and grow a team
   
6. Proven ability to manage sales and F&I managers
   
7. Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high performance team
   
8. Internet/social networking experience very helpful
   
9. Working knowledge of V Auto, Cardone selling process and CRM REQUIRED.
   
10. Marketing experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager
  
• Ability to create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandizing strategies
  
• Proven history of leading a customer focused dealership with high CSI achievement
  
• Excellent track record of hiring, training and developing highly motivated team members
  
• Hands on experience in managing multiple departments within a dealership
