Responsibilities

  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest's expectations
  • Coordinate food order to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
  • Meet special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards
  • Clean and maintain kitchen while practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working on the line
  • High attention to detail with ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Able to work evenings, nights and weekends
  • Bonus Points

    • Wine paring with dishes
