Full Time Position with RGB Group, Inc to provide Physician Assistant Medical Evaluator services to the men & women of the United States Coast Guard National Maritime Center, Martinsburg, WV.

Requirements

Diploma from an accredited Physician Assistant program (At least a Bachelor's Degree),

Graduation from a Physician Assistant training program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

A current unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in one of the fifty states.

A minimum 1 year of recent experience.

'No adverse information on file' rating with the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).

Shall assist the U.S. Coast Guard safety with the fitness for duty evaluations of Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC) applicants.

Evaluates the medical and physical suitability of applicants for Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMC). Determines if physical and medical impairments may affect an applicant's abilities to effectively and safely perform the duties of the MMC for which they have applied. Interprets results of medical examinations and evaluations, including medical specialty consultations and tests.
