This position provides professional solution build management services for client's Medicaid Solutions (MMS) projects on engagements that run approximately 12 - 36 months. Defines and executes the HPAS 5.0 solution build and delivery processes. Management of projects within this scope would include coordination of efforts spanning across 50+ individuals. Emphasis on the iterative build out of solution releases and coordination of Solutions resources in delivery according to a strict Release/Sprint schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provides project management leadership on a large complex project team that would encompass 50+ resources.
- Responsible for coordinating the activities of all Solutions resources in planning, build
- Works directly for the Implementation Manager in providing the management of; scope, schedule, cost, resources/organization, communications, risks, issues, quality, configuration/documentation and procurement.
- Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule to include milestones, tasks, and
- Executes projects utilizing Molina project management tools implementations and enhancements.
- Works closely with the PMO and QA assurance groups to assure project methodologies, tools and processes and being utilized throughout the engagement.
- Works with the PMO team to assure that project team members are trained in the use of project management process and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software and/or COTS product implementation project management experience.
- 3+ years of Agile Project Management experience.
- 7+ years Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) implementation project management experience including operational expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
