Large commercial real estate firm located in downtown Tampa is seeking two commercial real estate paralegals to join their team. One paralegal would focus on Commercial Real Estate and the other would concentrate on Trust & Estates. Both opportunities are direct hire!

Commercial Real Estate

Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a mid to large-size law firm (commercial experience preferred)

Experience dealing with lenders

Significant experience required in drafting and preparing loan documents

Trust & Estates

One to three years of demonstrated paralegal experience in trust & estates.

Experience drafting and preparing estate and probate documents.

ProDocs and Lawgic experience is desired, but not required.

All candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
