Randstad in Chicago is currently looking for an experienced administrative candidate for various temporary opportunities with our clients downtown. These arefull time roles Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and pay between $11-14/hr. We have short term and long term temporary opportunities for Reception and general administrative role.

Typical Duties Include

  • answering phones and directing calls
  • greeting customers and clients
  • scheduling appointments
  • light stocking of the kitchen
  • handling incoming mail and distributing to appropriate personnel
  • sending out mailings and packages
  • setting up lunches for meetings
  • any clerical or administrative duties as needed

    Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

  • Qualifications

  • at least a year of reception or administrative experience in an office environment
  • self-starter
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • energetic, outgoing personality
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
