A local manufacturing company is looking for a candidate to work for their Customer Service Call Center.
Candidate will be working with customers regarding orders, invoicing and products within the SAP system.
Individual must be able to handle a heavy phone volume, be proficient with data entry and accuracy.

Exceptional customer service is needed as well as ability to showcase the details and sales of the product.
Position works with international vendors requiring proficiency in English and Spanish both written and verbal skills.

Working hours: 8am-4:30pm

Candidate must have call center experience, SAP knowledge and be able to write and speak Spanish as well as English proficiently.
Must be flexible to work with different departments.
