The Zone Business Manager will provide financial process oversight that will tightly control assets and ensure that the financial statements properly and accurately reflect the zone's true business performance. While other members of the zone team will lead business execution, the Zone Business Manager will provide financial stewardship and business partnering that will enable the zone team to meet its financial commitment to Nestle Waters North America. This position will also be responsible for the leadership and development of the branch administrators.
Accountabilities
' Financial Stewardship And Business Partnering
' Contributing as a strong business partner to influence
outcomes rather than just reporting on actual performance
' Provide broad input that covers all aspects of the business
(i.e., revenue growth, customer retention) without losing
focus on exceptional cost control
' Financial Process Oversight
' Building the zone team's financial acumen through key
activities that include learning day participation and zone
presentations
' Strong fiduciary responsibility to ensure that financial
statements materially comply with GAAP standards and
accurately reflect the zone's business performance
' Ensure strict control of company assets
' Provide financial and business partner leadership in
development of the annual financial plan
' Keep division and zone staff informed of business trends
through accurate forecasting
' Leadership And Development
' Branch Administrator coaching and development
' 3-5 years experience in a financial or accounting role,
experience in consumer goods preferred
' BA or MBA in Financial Discipline or equivalent experience
' 1-3 years experience in leading people
